INGREDIENTS for 4 serving (or solo shhh…)
Water from a chickpea can (150mL)
180g of dark chocolate (85% cacao fair trade organic) or 2 tbsp of raw cocoa (if you are on the Reset Protocol)
1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia (optional)
3 tbsp plant-based milk (almond)
PREPARATION
Break your chocolate into small pieces and melt it with your milk.
Whip the chickpea water with an electric egg whisk, until the aquafaba does not move at all. (very thick)
GENTLY fold melted chocolate into whipped aquafaba.
Divide the mixture in little pots or a nice serving bowl.
Put into the fridge for 2 hours minimum
